When talking about Erectile dysfunction or impotency, the first drug that comes to mind is Viagra. This has been so since the first time it arrived in the US market and made its introduction as the first orally taken drug in treatment of erectile dysfunction. Now this drug is really a prescription drug and you should not just buy if you feel like it because like all drugs, it also has its side effects that you should be wary about like loss of vision, headaches, dyspepsia, nasal congestion and some other few which is actually per patient and not all experience these side effects making it more or less effective in a greater majority of men out there.
